Sunday Mornings at St Andrew's

Sunday worship in the church begins at 9.30a.m. Singing is accompanied by either a small band or an organ. It is generally led by a member of the worship team, and is followed by morning tea in the hall, which all are encouraged to attend.

We generally celebrate Holy Communion on the third Sunday of the month. Uniting Church communion services traditionally serve unfermented grape juice in individual glasses and gluten-free bread is available.

Thursday Mornings at Aged Care Facilities

There is a monthly mid-week communion service for residents and their families at two of the aged care facilities in town, beginning at 11 am. The service is fairly informal, lasts about 30 minutes and is followed by conversation. Most of those who attend belong to the Uniting Church, but anyone who wishes to attend is welcome.

  • The service for Karana, Warrina and Allawah residents is on the first Thursday of each month.
  • The service at Mercy Place (Wood's Point) is on the third Thursday of each month.
